ACS Bare Conductor Cable

Maximum continous permissible temperature of the conductor should not exceed 90 C.

ACSR conductors have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, because they have such good

characteristics as simple structure, convenient insulation and maintenance, low cost large transmission capacity. And they are

also suitable for laying across rivers valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.

Packing:

--100m/Coil with Shrinking Film Wrap, 6 Coils per outer carton.

--100m/Spool, spool can be Paper, Plastic, or ABS, then 3-4 spools per carton,

--200m or 250m per Drum, two drums per carton,

--305m/Wooden Drum, one drum per outer carton or pallet loading,

--500m/Wooden Drum, one drum per outer carton or pallet loading,

--1000m or 3000m wooden drum, then pallet loading.

*We can also offer customized OEM packing according to clients' request.

Delivery:

Port: Tianjin, or other ports as per your requirements.

Sea freight: FOB/C&F/CIF quotation are all available.

*For some countries such as Africa countries, middle east countries, our sea freight quotation is much cheaper than clients get from local shipping agency.

1. We guarantee to offer new advanced goods.

2. We'd like to send skilled personnel to the installing place to help offer technical consultant, quantity estimation and instruction, installing, preliminary testing,and help start up running; and to answer for any defect of the product found in installing and run testing, If there's something wrong with the product, we'll give our answer within 12 hours and get to the spot within 36 hours.

3.After installaton, We'll send skilled personnel to have the preliminary test and answer for any problems emerged. We take the whole charge of the fee needed in repairing,testing or retesting within the scope of our duty required in contract.

4.During the contract's period of validity,of the project must be started all over again or the goods can not be used at all which is resulted from our faulty goods and improper files or mistakes made by our instructors, we'll change the goods at once without compensation and take charge in all expenses of reinstallation.

Pre-sales

We provide technical support and complete power distribution solutions tailored to your needs. If the design drawings you provide are deemed unfeasible, we will optimize the plan and adjust it with the dimensions of the cabinet, the location of the equipment, and so on. We will also optimize the configuration of the products to make them meet your requirements.

After-Sales

If any problem occurs, we will first provide support by phone or email. We will perform a remote debug if necessary. Furthermore, our products come with a troubleshooting manual for reference when trying to find the fault and solve issues by yourself. Most problems can be solved by the above-mentioned methods. We will check in every year or so to acquire detailed information about your equipment to get a better understanding of the inner workings.
