Specifications:

H01N2-D 35mm2 50mm2 70mm2 95mm2 120mm2 Waterproof Rubber Welding Cable use characteristics: Notably, the cable possesses exceptional flexibility and bending capabilities. The sheath is crafted from a blend of natural rubber or neoprene, making it suitable for various applications. The neoprene compound jacket boasts heat resistance, oil resistance, and non-flammability. Notably, the maximum operating temperature of this cable is 85°C.

Requirements for Waterproof Rubber Welding Cable:

(1) This cable operates efficiently under conditions of low voltage (up to 600V) and high current, necessitating a certain level of resistance.

(2) The handlebar cable's continuous safe operating temperature should remain below 85°C.

(3) The motor's lead wires undergo frequent movement, twisting, and casting, demanding a high degree of flexibility and bending capabilities.

(4) During casting, the cable is prone to scratches and abrasion from sharp metal components, thus requiring excellent mechanical properties like tear and abrasion resistance.

(5) Due to the complexity of its operating environment, which may include exposure to sunlight, boiling water, muddy water, engine oil, acids, and alkaline liquids, the cable must possess good weather, oil, and solvent resistance.

(6) Occasional exposure to hot welding parts necessitates the cable's ability to resist heat distortion.

(7) Frequent movement requires a cable with a small outer diameter and lightweight. However, because this cable's electrical performance is not exceptionally high and its operating conditions are complex, it's essential to optimize its use and protect it from external damage.
